Success: a set of disciplines that enable you to fulfill your purpose and do what you were created to do! A lifestyle that breeds fulfillment in all areas, inspiring others and changing the world for the better. (My own definition).

Enough…success is not measured by money alone, for one can have large amounts of money and still be unsuccessful. Success is 360 degrees, it is health, relationships, spiritual health, mindset, experiences, knowledge, wisdom, meeting needs, financial and fulfilling your purpose. Success is not what you attain but who you become! What you learn, what you share, what you experience and what you give. Success is being where you are supposed to be, doing what you are supposed to be doing and being fulfilled. That is why you can not put a price on it.

It’s simple, first decide you want to be successful. That sounds too easy right? That’s it, make a decision, define what that looks like for you. Document your vision and what God has shown you, write down your goals, and create habits with discipline that will lead you to the result. Be careful to protect your Mind, Body and Spirit, they will be tested and you need all three to become successful.

This is one of the biggest aspects of success! It begins with our perception and understanding of success. For example, many christian entrepreneurs desire to have a nice car, home and above-average salary. However, they are judgemental of their pastor and leaders with the same desires. If you’re perception of them is negative or wrong, how can you achieve what your mind has deemed unsuccessful? You will self-sabotage to avoid being judged the way you judge others. This is key, as believers we should lead by example in the marketplace and life. Our family should look to us for what success looks like, not celebrities who live immorally as the DREAM.
